Service was not great. My car (as did I) sat for 50 minutes before anyone came to get it to work on. After that, someone had to come and “clarify” what needed to be fixed. One button that needed to be fixed, they saw no problem with.....they were working on the wrong switch. Frustrating when you specifically explain what the problem is and people don’t take the time to listen to the customer who is paying pretty steep prices. I honestly think that the actual work done was no more than 30 minutes but I paid $95 for labor...wow!!! Very dissatisfied overall considering my bill was nearly $200 (part was $81) when I don’t feel like I got that much service. More

I brought my car into receive the “white glove” detail service. Admittedly, I went in with minimal expectations, as it was part of a service package I purchased. Typically those tend to be more hype than service. Admittedly, I went in with minimal expectations, as it was part of a service package I purchased. Typically those tend to be more hype than actual money savers. When I picked up my vehicle after the service, it looked as clean and “new” as when I first drove it off the lot over 3 years ago! Stellar job! When you say it was “detailed” that was no exaggeration! Extremely pleased. Thank you! More
