I purchased a brand new 2023 Ioniq 5. A few weeks into driving the car I have a computer error that makes the car undrivable. I called the service center today (Jan 19th 2023) and the earliest they can get me in to fix my brand new, still under warranty car, is March 6th. 6 and a 1/2 weeks to fix a brand new Hyundai that's not drivable? No thank you. They will not be seeing our business or recommendations to friends in the future. Unbelievable. More
