Each time I had to bring the car back twice because the problem was not repaired the first time. This time, Bill Dodge Infiniti repaired everything and provided a loaner for several weeks so I was not inconvenienced. The customer service has always been top-notch at this dealership and I appreciate the care that Arnold delivers. Thank you Bill Dodge and Arnold for your service....I'm back to being 100% happy with my car and a loyal Bill Dodge Infiniti customer. PRIOR REVIEW The customer service associates are very nice. However I am extremely frustrated that I had radio and heated seat issues twice in the last year. My vehicle is only 2.5 years old. When I make the initial complaint the parts are checked, but not thoroughly. I have to call a second time and bring the vehicle back to be re-evaluated and repaired. I am again in the position where I have to call to have the radio and heated seats looked at because I got the car back in the same condition I left it to be repaired, but it wasn’t repaired. I am questioning the quality of the vehicle and the service department and seriously considering purchasing another vehicle that is not Infiniti. More
