I had driven from Florida to Maine, and the tools on my steering wheel, including mileage did not work. Before I left Florida, I had the service people at the dealer near me do the recall work for antithef steering wheel, including mileage did not work. Before I left Florida, I had the service people at the dealer near me do the recall work for antitheft. I was told the battery cables should have been taken off, and put back on after the recall was completed. My car was still under warranty, but I was told they didn’t have to honor it because it was the Florida dealers fault. Instead of making me hassle with the Florida dealer, however, they were kind enough to make the correction and not charge me. They were very nice about it and I would return there if I needed to. I recently purchased a 2020 model Ford pre-owned car from the Kia side. The salesman, Frank, was exceptionally good. Probably the easiest car sale I've ever had, and I've bought five cars from Bill Dodge for me and my wife over the last 23 years. When I had a minor service issue this week, they responded quickly and got my car in the Nissan side of the shop and it was fully covered. What I'm saying is that I would recommend both Frank as a salesman on the Kia side and the Nissan service department too if needed. June 23, 2023. More
