If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Kia Sorento from a private dealership. Well a month later the motor xxxx the bed. The dealership said we had to contact KIA to see if they’d cover it because the from a private dealership. Well a month later the motor xxxx the bed. The dealership said we had to contact KIA to see if they’d cover it because the car had under 150,000 miles. Well the people have no idea what is going on because we were told that it wouldn’t be covered. So then later I get a call that says never mind the guy you talked to was wrong. Then you had to run the diagnostics test to see if it was indeed the motor. This takes over a month. When it’s confirmed it’s the motor you only give a rental car for two weeks knowing you would take months to fix the vehicle. Why should I have to deal with the consequences. Maybe KIA shouldn’t be putting motors in their vehicles that are going to xxxx the bed in two minutes. I was supposed to move to South Carolina on the 29th and I was told two months ago the car would be fixed by then. So now my plans are ruined, I have to pay for this rental car instead of the dealership, and my car still isn’t done. Thanks a lot. More
