We started our truck shopping adventure at a Chevy dealer checking out the Silverado's, then ventured over to a Toyota dealer to check out the Tundra's, must say they are both nice trucks. But we just weren't comfortable with experience at either place. We were asked numerous times, what could they offer us to make us purchase said truck today, we felt pressured the whole time we were there. We decided that we'd wait, our truck ran fine, looked good but it was 12 years old. For whatever reason, we decided to check out the Nissan Titan's, and I am so glad that we did. Our truck buying experience at Nissan of Saco, was great. Our salesman Dave Atkinson, was awesome, I have to say that he helped make this one of the most stress free vehicle purchases we've ever had. If your in the process of looking for a new vehicle, give them a try, and if Dave's busy, just wait a little bit, he's worth it. We are very pleased with our decision and absolutely LOVE our 2011 Nissan Titan. The rest of our family is Toyota, but we're glad we bought this Nissan. More

Rich was a fantastic sales person. He got us in the door and really tried to sell without being pushy. We were NOT looking to buy new, but he convinced us and we are glad we did. He was very personable, professional and he knows his stuff. What impressed me the most about him is how he treated us AFTER the sale. On follow up conversations, he treated us just as great even after the paper work was signed and we drove off the lot. It showed that he really cares about his clients. To me that means a lot. The Sales manager Derek was very easy to work with as well. In addition, one of the other other Sales men named Dave was so nice to my 5 year old son. He let him use his tablet and gave him snacks. It is the little things that make people satisfied. He wasn't even our sales guy and he was still trying to make us feel comfortable there. We'd buy there again. The one thing I may consider doing differently next time is shopping around on financing outside of the dealership. I am not 100% convinced that they did the best that they could have. You guys might consider adding questions about financing. More

It's the first time in years that I left a dealership completely satisfied. The staff were friendly, helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. I would recommend going to Nissan of Saco when purchasing a new car. Frank was friendly and knowledgable salesman. He was upbeat, positive and understanding when I decided to return and test drive the Juke a a new car. Frank was friendly and knowledgable salesman. The best part was that he never made me feel pressured to purchase a car and I can't say I've always felt that way at other dealerships! Frank was more than happy to address my multiple questions about the workings of the car and has offered to meet with me again to review the navigation system. Frank, salesman, was absolutely great, SO friendly. His best quality was that he was not aggressive or pushy. He was aware of what we wanted and did his best to make the deal happen. As my husband had to take the truck back to have a bedliner sprayed on, Frank made sure he had a loaner available so he wouldn't be without transportation for the time it took to have the work accomplished. We feel confident that if there are any issues with the truck, Frank will help us all that he can. He gets an A+ !! Derek, general manager, was both pleasant and patient during the negotiation process. The only negative aspect of the buying process was that we had been pre-approved for a loan (in fact,the bank representative had called to notify of same)yet had to wait while Jeff, business manager, basically "checked us out" i.e. obtain info from the bank, determine our credit rating, basically re-doing what we had already done....did not understand that but we were told it was "policy". Neither did Jeff inform us that there would be a $50.00 bank fee, which I later discovered, for obtaining the loan there rather than just going to the bank and picking up the check. More

He spoke very knowledgeably about each car, discussing the major features in some detail, explaining the benefits of each feature. He never seemed rushed or pushy, but rather he was helpful and informative, as well as pleasant. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy a car from him, and, assuming he is typical of the sales staff, from this dealership. More

I don't typically write reviews, but given the exceptional service and beautiful car I purchased from Nissan of Saco, I wanted to share my experience. Like most people, I consider purchasing a vehicle to be much like a root canal. It isn't fun, it's expensive and I walk out wondering exactly what happened. We had visited the Nissan dealership a little more than a year ago and met Adrian, but we weren't ready to take the plunge. Now it was time. We were prepared, did our research and was armed for the dreaded experience. Here we go... When we pulled up last week, Adrian recognized us and came out to greet us. He helped us to find the car that would be the perfect fit for our family. Based on previous experiences (with another dealership that rhymes with slime) it is unusual for a salesman not to pressure you and try and get you to buy a car within 60 minutes or less. Adrian actually listened to what we were looking for. He sat with us on 3 different days to find us the exact car we wanted (Crimson Black 2011 Maxima SV, cold weather package, monitor package)at a price that was reasonable. In addition to the time he spent with us at the dealership, he spent another 4 days locating the car we wanted. Adrian was very patient with us and there was never a glimpse of high pressure sales tactics. None. Never. Once we sealed the deal, we met with Jim to finance the vehicle. A superbly easy process with another nice guy. Jim offered us additional warranties with the car. When we declined, he did not try to force our hand. Jim was very respectful of what we wanted and we closed the deal in no time. Another A+ in my book! We absolutely love our new car!! We have had it 2 days and I can't believe I did not discover the Maxima sooner!! Most importantly, I wanted to share the positive experience we had with others to impart that not all car buying experiences will have you wanting to put a fork in your eye. I drove away feeling great. I have a new car I love at the price point I was looking for and I now a have a relationship with a car dealer that I respect and would happily return to. Never thought I would say that! More
