service department does not fix serious issues We just bought a used car (Ford). We said we would not buy the car if the mechanical issue was not fixed. Several times we went up and waited hours. T We just bought a used car (Ford). We said we would not buy the car if the mechanical issue was not fixed. Several times we went up and waited hours. They say they “fixed” the problem but it was not fixed! They didn’t give us paperwork at time of service. Refused us a car fax and claimed the car was certified and then claimed they never told us that. There were other elderly and older adults there and were also getting the run around about issues with their vehicles in the service department. It’s disturbing to have people drive dangerous vehicles they don’t fix properly. It’s more important to them to cut corners then care about its customers. We don’t recommend this dealership. It’s unfortunate. They were nice till the papers were signed. Merry Christmas! You got an unsafe vehicle to drive on the big travel day! They claim to drive vehicles & say their “ok”and “fine” for them to get out of fixing the issue! So, beware! We recommend you have someone inspect any vehicle before buying one from them. Lots of bad reviews on yelp too we just read about. We’ve never written a bad review, but this is a serious situation. They trick you by saying it’s being fix when in fact it’s an illusion. Be safe not sorry. We got screwed bad! More

Bill LaGrange (product specialist @ Bill Dube) was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. He quickly found a car that checked every box with which I had presented him, then proceeded to bend over backwards to craft a financing plan that would fit in with my uniquely imperfect financial situation. Before signing on the dotted line, I made a couple of additional visits to other dealerships in the area. The service & pricing found elsewhere simply paled in composition to Bill's.
