Easy to work with. I arrived with a price range I was looking to buy in that I felt was profitable for them and good for me. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much! More
