He just kindly gave us his card with his cell number and when we decided to go with the Honda we saw at Butler, he took care of things with little fuss on our parts. We called ahead and Katie was friendly and helpful as we checked to make sure the van we were interested in was available. She made sure it was ready and waiting when we arrived. We had been frustrated by both the selection and the treatment we had seen at our dealers. Then we met Kyle. Kyle was enthusiastic, honest and straight forward. He helped us find what we were looking for without pressuring us to consider something in which we weren't interested or couldn't afford. Andy, who helped with the finances, was personable and obviously knew what he was doing. Just a great experience all around. We expect our "new" van to last a long time, but will definitely be heading back to Butler Toyota and asking for Kyle next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Patrick was very familiar with bank procedures, knew that it takes a bank a few days to transfer money from a savings account to a checking account, and offered to hold on to my check until my bank could make the transfer. I would definitely recommend Butler Toyoda and Todd and Patrick to my friends and acquaintances. More

The transaction was very smooth and normally, I hate dealing with "the dealer" on trades but this was one of my best experiences. It did not take much time, I was pretty much in and out.
