Disastrous car repair This is a warning. Please find another dealer to work on your car. I took my Prius in for repair. My instrument panel display was blank. I dropped it This is a warning. They said they would let me know what they found out. I called Thursday night. Oh, they said they didn't get around to checking it out. I called Friday they said they would call. No Call. Monday I called the manager. Of course, I didn't get to talk with a manager they just had Cody call me and said they would have to order a part. It took until Friday to get my car back. But when I did I was appalled at the mess in my car. The tan leather seats had black smudges all over them. The floor was covered with little shards of glass and black smudges. The running board was black with dirt and grease. Oh and I was on my way to pick up my wife to go out to dinner. NO I had to go home and clean my car for two hours. Unbelievable - how to dealers get by with charging me 1300.00 dollars to do the work and leave my car in such a mess. This was worse than taking my car to the local high school shop class and expecting good results. Please Mr. Butler sell your boat and hire some good people. Please Toyota step up your standards for dealerships. More

Great experience; no pressure First off, we are very picky customers, who have shopped for more than a month on CarGurus before finding this Camry at Butler. Naturally, I was skeptical. We called ahead to verify that the vehicle we were interested was still on the lot. I spoke to Todd Godan. He let me know the car was there. When we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman moving cars around who asked if we needed help. I asked for Todd and he went to get him. Todd was good to work with and well prepared. He came out with the key in his hand for the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the Hybrid Camry we were looking at. We discussed the equipment at length in the parking lot prior to test driving the car. Knowing we were internet customers, Todd brought up the correct price for the vehicle right away. He offered us various dealer options without being pushy. For Financing, we worked with Andy Skinner. Andy was just as good as Todd, making us aware of things to buy for the car, without any pressure. I honestly didn't know such good experiences existed, much less buying a USED car. In the future, we will check at Butler Toyota before looking anywhere else for our next new or used vehicle. Also - Every employee in the dealership made eye contact with us and said hello. Some offered us coffee or water while we waited. We felt comfortable the entire time we were there. More
