I came to Butler Toyota after a sub-par experience at Tom Wood. A friend recommended Tom Flack and after a prompt response to my phone message, I came in to see Tom. My trade in was quoted at the price that I expected based on my research and Tom worked with me to get the car I wanted (2012 Prius Four, white with dark interior) at the price I was willing to pay (despite the fact that it seemed to be the only car that you didn't have on the lot.) After a very quick dealer transfer (2 days!), I have the perfect car! I appreciated Tom's attention to detail and patience. I learned much more about the Prius from Tom than I had learned at the previous dealership and that knowledge re-affirmed my purchase decision. Additionally, the finance staff was friendly and fast, a perfect combination - thanks to Max and Malcolm! Now, my husband is pretty jealous of my new ride, so we may be back sooner than later!
