Jim was excellent to work with. He made the process of purchasing my new car super easy. Todd was great to work with and so was the team. I left another dealership prior to coming here. I had pretty much decided on a different car at another dealership and was only came in to look around caus another dealership prior to coming here. I had pretty much decided on a different car at another dealership and was only came in to look around cause I wanted a better price on my trade-in and thought I could do better for the price Ended up leasing a slightly more expensive car here but had and a much better experience and feel satisfied with my deal. The quality I appreciated the most from both the dealership and Jim Kincaid was the relaxed, unpressured atmosphere. When we came in on the first day, we were not ready to commit to a purchase and dealership and Jim Kincaid was the relaxed, unpressured atmosphere. When we came in on the first day, we were not ready to commit to a purchase and communicated that to Jim. This fact did not change the amount or quality of time that he spent with us. We actually decided not to go look at another SUV because we were so happy with the quality of the Highlander and of the service we received. I had a very difficult and complex problem(s) with our Toyota Avalon 4 Door Sedan. Problem was running smoothly and the constant display of the engine light. I dealt with a local service dealer for over 2 months to correct the problem. I took the car into this dealer repair almost daily. Dealer worked on it several times and on occasion kept it for a whole week. The problem was never corrected. And we spent a $1,000.00 for non needed repairs. We are a long life customer of Butler Toyota. Your personnel and facilities are outstanding especially Carole Wilkerson. I thought the problem of engine light on was minor and other repair service would be able to repair it. It was not simple repair. Other dealer did not fix it. When I went to Butler Toyota: Carole Wilkerson met me with integrity, compassion, interest, and service. I was at ease. She had a detailed interview with me 7/2/12. She had a Tech Stream Computer and diagnosed the problem immediately and got it fixed it was a Mass Air Flow Sensor gummed up and wrong spark plugs used which Carole had corrected and replaced. Found and replaced bad O2 sensor code P0136 Error Code Bank one sensor 2--replaced sensor. All the work done at previous dealer not needed. Carole Wilkerson is outstanding. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised on the selection that Butler Toyota offered on their lot. Also the friendliness of the employees was outstanding. We had been searching for a vehicle for a while and never came acrossed a dealership more willing to work with us than Butler Toyota. They made our trip well worth going. We drove 1 1/2 hours to see if all the reviews was true of what I read online as well as there famouse words "we give you alot more for your trade" and well I must say it is true they do give you more for your trade as well as a good price on a new vehicle. Randy Miles was a good leasing coordinator, very laid back and no pressure. Eric Davis gave me a great deal on the vehicle and was very accommodating in our negotiations. We had a misunderstanding about what all was included in the deal price in part due to my inexperience, but the end result was a great deal. Overall a good experience. I would recommend the dealer.
