Your salesman Kevin Luzader came up and acknowldged us and inquired what we were looking for. The first couple of cars was not seat confortable for Warren. Kevin said he had a couple of ideas, and to follow him inside the Showroom. In the showroom Kevin showed us a Rav4 and a Scion. The Scion was close to being roomy for Warren but not quite it. The Rav 4 was very comfortable. We had no intention of buying that Saturday, but Kevin was so helpful and he gave us excellent guidence. So that Saturday we worked out a deal, a trade, and finance. We left with new car. The most excellent car purchase in my life time, and I am 64. We never any pressure. Thanks to Kevin and his excellent experience and advice we had a great experience. The sell was done, but Kevin wasn't done. He took us over to the car and explained all the features and buttons. We looked at the car booklets and we all three inspected the car. We found a couple of scratches which were buff out on Monday. Excellent job Kevin and Butler sales Staff. and thanks to all the great Butler Sales staff. Warren and I thank you very much. The customer service I received was exceptional! This was my first time buying a new car and I had come to the dealership with the intention of just looking and pricing a new or used car. Instead, I drove away in a brand new car that I absolutely love and can afford! I was anxious about going to a dealership for the first time, worrying that I would feel pressured by a salesperson who's only interest was to get me to buy an expensive car that may or may not fit my needs. I could not have been more wrong. Jim Kincaid spent a great amount of time with me, asking me about what I needed/wanted out of a car as well as what was affordable for me. He took me on several test drives that were not only fun, but answered a lot of my questions concerning the safety and abilities of the car (this was a big factor to me as I commute over 100 miles to/from work). Jim also discussed and suggested various payment options in order to meet my finacial needs. During the many hours he worked with me, I never once felt pressured into buying a car, new or otherwise, from him. He was always extremely pleasant and personable. I feel very fortunate that this was my first experience in purchasing a new car. I would certainly recommend Butler Toyota dealship to anyone who is interested in buying or trading a car, and I would hightly recommend Jim Kincaid to assist them. Both Kevin and the entire Butler Toyota dealership was beyond professional. Kevin began by helping me find a used car and when that used car sold he continued helping me find the car of my liking.
