My purchase was a little out of the ordinary since I was in need of a car and out of state. We definitely set a world record in walking in to test drive, sign papers, set up a loan application, and learn about all the features of my new car in less than 30 minutes. Todd was not only very professional but extremely friendly and understanding of my extenuating circumstances. He went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly upon pickup. Truth to tell, the reason we bought our car from Butler was the salesman, Todd Berry. He's a real professional, in no way pushy or condescending, knows his product inside and out, and is a good problem-so was the salesman, Todd Berry. He has outstanding interpersonal skills, and made this major-ticket purchase a pleasure. When it comes time to trade our other car, Todd will be our first stop whether he still works at Butler or elsewhere. The young man who occupies the workstation next to Todd is a winner, too, and when Todd had to excuse himself to consult a manager, that man struck up a pleasant conversation and reinforced our purchase decision. A tip of the hat, also, to the showroom manager whose name I can't recall. Todd had a medical emergency that took him away from the dealership for a day or two, and the showroom manager called and explained Todd's absence and updated us on the progress in sourcing the right vehicle. Max Akram, however, is another matter. He was busy on the afternoon we transferred titles, and he seemed to hold us (the customer) responsible for making his day so chaotic and uncomfortable. We listened patiently to his extended-warranty pitch, but then declined. His disappointment (disgust?) was apparent. He could use a course in charm school. More

Even though there were no Sequoia's on the lot, Andy found the exact car that I wanted, with the options I wanted, the price I wanted (with no haggling) and had it to me in less than a week. I now have a brand new Sequoia for exactly the same monthly payment as my old 4Runner. More
