Jim helped us narrow our choices before we even bagan looking at vehicles. Jim worked with us on three different visits before we finally chose the car that best matched our needs. After purchase, Jim spent at least an hour orienting us to our new vehicle because it had so many options that we had never experienced. He even synced my IPhone with the car's Bluetooth application. Jim was friendly, patient, polite and never pushy. Even when he was busy with another customer, he made sure we were confortable and checked-in on us to be sure we remained comfortable. I would recommend Jim Kincaid and Butler Toyota. More
This was one of the most hassle free Car purchases I have ever made. Todd was very informative but was never pushy. I felt he wanted to make this a good experience not just another sale. Max also explained all the paperwork and the extended warranty options and was never once pushy or insistent on our purchasing any of the options. At the end of the discussion we purchased the first extended warranty we've ever had on a new vehicle. Overall this was a great experience. More
This was my first dealing with Butler Toyota and my first purchase of a Toyota. I was very pleased to get an 09 Prius that was in excellent shape. As my wife an I pulled up to Butler Toyta we were greeted right away by Kevin Luzander. Kevin was Honest, professional, and did a great job. Maureen McNamara is the BEST! She is the world class salesperson... best I ever encountered with. She made us feel at ease; she had a lot of patience and stayed very pleasant with a bright smile through salesperson... best I ever encountered with. I have been car shopping for 2 weeks and I was looking at I have been car shopping for 2 weeks and I was looking at Accord's and Malibu's and I realized I didn't either..especially the Malibu. So I decided I have been car shopping for 2 weeks and I was looking at Accord's and Malibu's and I realized I didn't either..especially the Malibu. So I decided to give the Camry a shot..especially when the Camry is the best out of the bunch. I shown up with a 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was severly upside down in. And Gary, he didn't waste any time, he went to Trace and discussed what would be my best option. And I thank Gary for the honesty that every car salesman should be. The finance team of Max, Stephanie, and Trace. I thank them very much for their hard work to get me approved. I recieved an excellent rate on the Camry LE that I can be happy with. The entire staff at Butler Toyota treated me fairly and I appreciate that. I definitely will recommend this dealership and especially Gary because he again I say is the example of how a car salesman should be. THANKS EVERONE!!!! More
I needed an additional key for my 2003 Camry and had gone to a dealership near a place where I had had a breakfast meeting. After two unsuccessful attempts, they advised me to go to Ace Hardware since their to a dealership near a place where I had had a breakfast meeting. After two unsuccessful attempts, they advised me to go to Ace Hardware since their key making machine really didn't work well. When I got home, I called Butler, described my need and experience at the other dearler. Talked with Carole Wilkerson who was very patient and knowledgable. After going as far as we could go over the phone, she suggested I come by. She checked out my key that would not unlock the door but I had the keless entry fob which I had been using. She got two keys made, checked them thoroughly in each lock on the car, gave me above and beyond personal service. I have not been using any dealership for maintenance in years but have decided to go to Butler and Carole since this was such an excellent experience. More
I've rated this dealer as OK for overall experience for the following reasons: The sales staff was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were great to work with and did not attempt to pressure, convince, or manipulate the sale in any way. However, while I understand that dealerships have to manage a large level of paperwork, I feel that the time it took to complete the deal after a price was agreed upon was excessive. Over two hours to complete a cash transaction for a used vehicle seems unacceptable. Also, while I understand that it is the buyers responsibility to inspect all maintenance items on a used vehicle, this dealer failed to offer, and failed to perform a basic maintenance check of the vehicle, resulting in the vehicle having inadequate oil quantity upon departure. This dealer maintains a top-notch repair facility but did not perform a basic vehicle maintenance check or vehicle inspection, something I feel should be included given the extra costs incurred when buying a used vehicle from a dealer. That being said, I believe the sales staff may have had the above performed had I caught it and asked for it prior to completing the sale. More
