After nearly five months of looking for a used vehicle by internet, we finally narrowed our choice to a few places, one of which was Butler Toyota/Scion (96th/Keystone, Indianapolis.) It was an hour drive internet, we finally narrowed our choice to a few places, one of which was Butler Toyota/Scion (96th/Keystone, Indianapolis.) It was an hour drive from our home, but it had the best price for a used Sienna we could find. We were limited by our budget and had a purchase price in mind. The experience was well worth the drive. We gave Todd Berry our price. Together we worked on the numbers and bought the van within several hundred of our price point, but more importantly, within our budget plan. We had no "haggling." There was zero stress. Although I had to come up a few hundred, the vehicle I purchased had features well above my expectations. The loan officer was so quick with our paper work that she beat the time it took to get the car detailed one last time before leaving with our "new" van. That was really nice, too. Overall, a win-win situation for us both. More

Maureen provided excellent customer service. Some items of the inspection had not been completed which is a service issue.
