Recently in just a few days of each encountered problems with both vehicles. Carole very thoroughly, accurately and diligently worked with the technicians to resolve the matters. Carole is high energy and committed to making certain I understand the options and best resolution. I always ask for Carole at Butler Toyota or make the appointment with her. The comfort level that it will be done right the first time, in a timely manner and cost effective is extremely high and confident. More
This is my first car purchase and I am very happy that I purchased through butler Toyota scion. The sales manager was very friendly and we completed all the transactions without much hassles. After the purchase and I got the car home, I realized that the back seats were missing the head rests. I gave a call back to Todd and he said he would provide the replacements soon. I recently purchased a new Tacoma. As part of the buying process I checked out all local Toyota dealers. Butler was not the last dealer I visited but they certainly earned my final choice. Jim Kincaid was the unfortunate salesmen that I encountered as he had to endure my barrage of wants, needs and questions concerning my new truck purchase. I returned to Butler Toyota because Jim patiently listened to and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. Questions he could not answer were quickly followed by the promise that he would have an answer as soon as possible. Over the course of two weeks Jim worked to understand exactly what I wanted and get me exactly that. Never once did he pressure me to purchase a Tundra, as some of the other dealers had. He also eagerly worked with me on some custom options and after purchase add-ons. The only thing he could have done better was offer me the truck for free. Additionally, I have to give kudos to the entire Butler team for the effort put into giving me the best for my trade-ins and to Stephanie for helping to close the final deal. They definitely earned my business and I will revisit for any future Toyota purchases. More
Cole was excellent with helping us in our car search. He even came in to work on his evening off to finish the sale. My fiance was looking for her first new car. We did thorough research but still did not feel at ease with the process (from selection to finance.) Andy Skinner came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Andy openly went through our selected models with us, never pressured us and stayed with us through the entire process. Andy did not stop there, however. We needed to bring the title for our trade-in back to Butler Toyota Scion but after searching for a couple days, could not find it. I contacted Andy who personally drove the paperwork for a new title request to our house. My fiance was not home to sign it but Andy said he would simply drive by on his way in to work and pick up the paperwork. Our future vehicles will come from Butler Toyota Scion and Andy Skinner. More
We had an unusual experience buying our Sienna. We live in Boston, though are originally from Indiana. All the Siennas we tried to buy were sold before we could get a hold of them. After 3 months of trying, we decided to buy from Butler Toyota in Indianapolis when we went to visit family. WOW! The whole process kind of made me glad we didn't buy in Boston! We called and let them know exactly what we were looking for. They had the paperwork, keys, and van ready for us when we arrived from the airport. Andy Skinner was one of the most helpful car employees I've met. He was very thorough when he showed us around the car, and even helped me set up bluetooth with my smartphone before we left the dealership. It was a small thing, but it has made all the difference in the last six months since we purchased the car. I probably would just now be getting around to figuring out how to do it. :) Overall, we were very satisfied with the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area (or NOT in the area, as the case may be :)). More
We were very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. Jim was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns. His patience was so much more than I would expect of a car salesman. He also was very helpful with the actual purchase. He told us realistically what to expect, but continued to give our proposals and help ensure the best deal for us. His overall demeanor made purchasing our first car together a great experience. Even after our purchase, Jim has been helpful with follow up concerns and questions. He is going outside his realm of sales to make sure we are being taken care of properly. I'd highly recommend him to any friend or family going to get a Toyota. More
I met with Andy Skinner when I came into the dealership looking for a new car. From the very beginning he was very friendly, customer focused, knowledgeable, and took the time to ask me if I had any questi looking for a new car. From the very beginning he was very friendly, customer focused, knowledgeable, and took the time to ask me if I had any questions or concerns as we worked through the initial discussions. As part of the sale I was going to trade in my old scion, which had an after market stereo system installed but I had the original stereo as well. As part of this trade in, from talking to the dealership in the past I was going to have to take my car to a car stereo place and have it replaced with the original stereo before they would accept my trade in. Because of Andy's continued diligence in asking me if I had any questions or concerns as we talked, I felt very comfortable telling him that I was very unhappy in having to pay money to get my stereos swapped out and to have to schedule that before I could purchase my new car. He immediately took my concerns and went to the office to see what they could do. In the end, he came back with an offer so that I didn't have to deal with taking time off and paying to get my car stereo swapped out before I could drive away with my new car. This example is one of many that he did for me that day that ultimately made me decide to purchased my new car. I felt from the very beginning that he wasn't a typical salesman looking to close the deal, but a true partner in my purchase, handling the business side while fighting to resolve any concerns or questions that I had. He even took the time to go over all the features of the car, including setting up my blue tooth and contacts, etc. Since then, even though i'm now in my new car, he has continued to check in with me, and has always been their to resolve any questions that I've had as I learn about my new vehicle. I truly value his desire to expand his knowledge, his customer service and to be their for his customers long after the sale has been completed. More
