After the April floods, I had my car repaired there and with the assistance of my insurance company, I was treated like royalty. I developed such a trust with the mechanics there. When my car was there during that occasion, Mr. Rogers let me know that there was a recall of the clutch of my 2013 Ford vehicle and ordered that part for me. When it came in, he scheduled a date for me to come have that clutch replaced FREE OF CHARGE. He sent me pictures of trucks I had questions about through text, and even had all the details of the purchase price for each truck laid out for me. I did most of the negotiating through text messages hundreds of miles away and never once felt like I wasn't getting the attention I needed. Once I made it to the dealership Landon Lauderdale walked me through the trucks I had narrowed it down to, and he even followed me in one of the trucks to my wife's place of business so she could have a look at the two trucks also. Not sure of anyone else willing to do that. Once I decided on the truck Jason Newman walked me through financing and warranty and never once got irritated at all the questions I had. I like to know what I'm signing. This is probably the 10th new vehicle purchase of which is my 5th Ford truck, and by far the easiest purchase yet! If you're looking to purchase and new truck, I would definitely give CJ Adams or Landon Lauderdale a call. More

When I got to dealership to have a look, Phine greeted me and asked what I was interested in. I told her what I wanted to test drive and how much I wanted to spend. She found exactly what I wanted and got all the paperwork done while I was working. I never felt pressured. She showed me several options and let me decide. She called after purchase to ask if I had any questions or if I needed anything to call her anytime. More

Tried to buy my son a car for Christmas and could not get either of them to call me back after multiple calls, texts, and emails to get a quote on shipping and finalize the sale of a 2010 Camaro. Leonard was supposed to be working on and when I talked with him he said "I will call you back in 2 minutes". I had to call him back 3 hours later and Darolyn said "he is with a customer" and said he would call me back that day. Of course he didn't. This went on for 3 days and when I finally got ahold of him the next morning on Christmas Eve, he informs me that they sold the car that night. All in all I spent 3 days, 12 calls, 6 text messages, and 3 emails for nothing! It is absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had (and that is saying a lot!). DO NOT USE LENNY OR DAROLYN AT BILL HOOD FORD UNLESS YOU JUST WANT THE RUN AROUND! More
