Mr. Jack was nice, knowledgeable, and funny. I haven’t had to deal with many salesmen, but he has been the best. I cringe, and hate vehicle shopping. He put me at ease. My first Truck This is the 3rd time I bought a vehicle from bill hood. Last year I paid off my Ford Fusion and in June the 9th someone pulled in front of me and tota This is the 3rd time I bought a vehicle from bill hood. Last year I paid off my Ford Fusion and in June the 9th someone pulled in front of me and totaled my car. I was dealt with the very hard and uncomfortable situation. Living in ponchatoula I'm realizing that it is difficult to do stuff in a car with the dog, son, and future boat. Mr. Jack had always been a great customer at my Subway for about 14 years. I've purchased two other cars from Bill Hood but I have never in my life been given this type of awesome and great service. All the others really just degraded and hustled me, while looking at me like a cash cow. The greatest moment I will remember is when Mr. Jack came into my Subway, I told him I need a new vehicle and thinking of getting a truck. He smiled gave me is card and told me, "When you are ready I'll take care of everything." And that is what he did. I am really grateful for him going above and beyond what I thought was possible and never have experienced this type of great customer service. This is the 3rd Ford vehicle I have purchased from Bill Hood Ford and I highly recommend Mr. Jack. More
