The only thing I didn't like about this experience was on the first day I was promised the car would be ready for me and it was not nor was there any plans on that being done . I had to deal with the sales manager about this; Mr. Jason Newman and I didnt like what he said to me or the attitude that I witnessed him having with the salesman about my situation. I purchased a truck for myself and a SUV for my wife. I gave the rating that I did because we came in toward the end of the day on a Saturday and the staff was willing to stay past closing. The two areas I gave the rating that I did because we came in toward the end of the day on a Saturday and the staff was willing to stay past closing. The two areas that I was not pleased with was the finance manager and sales manager. We just realized that our extended warranty packages we bought could of had a $0 - 200 deductible for each claim, we were told it's always a $100 deductible each claim, we should of had the option to pick $0 for each claim (weren't given the truth by the sales manager and the finance manager). Help in time I had a flat tire on my F150 4X4. I am handicapped and cannot change a tire, and It would not hold any air to even get to the repair shop, so I manage I had a flat tire on my F150 4X4. I am handicapped and cannot change a tire, and It would not hold any air to even get to the repair shop, so I managed to get a plug put in the tire. I drove to Bill Hood Ford Dealership for help, because I know the plug is only emergency temporary repair. When I arrived I was immediately attended to by a service rep (Robert Mena) who assessed what tire I needed to replace the flat and he informed that they were out of stock but he would look around from other sources, took my phone number and would call back when he found a replacement tire. I told him I wanted to replace both rear tires and he obliged. I went home and after a couple hours he called and said he had the tires in hand and that I could come in to get them replaced. When I arrived he took my truck directly in into the shop and replaced my tires, immediately. Thanks, Robert Basso Mena for going above and beyond to fix my truck. More
