No BS! I contacted the dealership the day I located a vehicle online and scheduled an appt to see the truck the next day. Came into the truck store and as I contacted the dealership the day I located a vehicle online and scheduled an appt to see the truck the next day. Came into the truck store and as a female, was expecting to be treated as “soft” but Gary went over all of the features of the truck including towing capacity and torque. He answered all of my questions without having to refer to any booklets or online information. I drove the truck to show my husband and then basically had to sell my husband on the truck and he liked it as much as I did. He went into the dealership to sign papers and actually ended up purchasing the King Ranch edition of the truck I test drove. He initially wanted another GMC 2500 Denali but I wanted the Ford so it was up to me (and Gary) to change his mind. Never underestimate the power of a well informed wife! More
