No one wants to drive a vehicle knowing that you could be driving and be killed by your airbags because of a fault from the company. They set me up and appointment. My husband took time off from work to bring the ehicle to the service shop. He was promptly told by a new employee that the recall was not available. They set me an appointment and emailed me a confirmation! Yet they told my husband to leave because they weren’t available. I called all day to correct the matter. I was put on hold, told to call back, told someone will call you. 14 hour later from my first call and no response to their blatant disrespect and unconcern about the products they sell. I have seriously reconsidered buying Ford products or any products from this company. More
