Great sales person...But Josh was an awesome salesman, knew the car and it's history. I test drove and in 20 min bought the car...however I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting for Josh was an awesome salesman, knew the car and it's history. I test drove and in 20 min bought the car...however I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting for the guy in the Business office to get papers signed(BTW this was a cash sale). This is unacceptable. My time is as valuable as theirs, and what hurts there was no one else in the showroom. One guy tried to placate me and said appointments get first priority Really?? Took 5 min to sign papers. When is this industry going to wake up; no wonder they are the butt of bad jokes! More

Found the Focus I wanted in their stock on autotrader.com. Priced WAY below any of their Central Florida competitors. Plus they have no dealer fee which is a big plus. Besides driving over an hour to see the car on a Friday and then picking it up on the following Tuesday, I dealt with Dennis in their internet department exclusively over email and he was very upfront and honest, with no pressure or tricks. He responded quickly to all my emails, even after hours. Taking delivery of the car was painless and took less than an hour. My only gripe would be that on close inspection prior to taking delivery I found a couple of very small surface scratches in the paint and a chip on the edge of a door, which must've happened while the car was on their lot. But it wasn't major enough for me to kill the deal. More

Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to be helpful; from sales to service, they cannot do enough for you! I have purchased two used vehicles from them, and they made buying those vehicles eas helpful; from sales to service, they cannot do enough for you! The Service Dept. is great, too, and the Manager really provides personal service for his customers, going above and beyond and overseeing things are done properly for each customer.
