We got immediate response and a Sales Consultant, Tyler Eubanks introduced to us in more details about the car we were looking for. He also provided the best price the dealership could offer via email. Unfortunately, when we went to the dealer in person the following Monday, the Encore we discussed with Alex and Tyler via email was sold. Then, another sales consultant, John Marcus worked hard to find another Encore that would meet our needs, and we do like the Encore he recommended. The General Sales Manager, Noel Rivera was very patient and explained in detail of how the numbers were running. All the staff we worked with at this dealership were professional and courtesy. Especially, the management was very prompt and professional in response to our questions on the purchase price and made appropriate adjustment in a timely manner. This is the best experience of buying a car we've ever had at a dealership.
