Unfinished oil change Recently forgot to tighten screws to support bracket after changing oil. Bracket partially fell off while driving and dragging on ground. Was a mistake but could have had catastrophic damage to my vehicle if it was caught on something and bent the underneath by my front passenger tire. The dealer was honest and did offer a free oil change, but not 100% sure i trust it to go back. More

He was able to answer all of our questions and paired up my iPhone and On Star for me. The only area for improvement would be to expedite the actual financial transaction. We were a cash payment so did not need to go through all of the financing paperwork yet we waited for an hour to hand them a check. Once we were called back to the office though the gentleman was organized and speedy. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Other than that I would definitely recommend this dealership and John Marcus. More

He answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner as well as being well-versed on the vehicle, warranty and contract. However, what was most important to me, was that he was very considerate on the time that I DID NOT want to spend sitting in a dealership. When it was time to get my vehicle, he had all the documents and vehicle ready to go, so that I was able to get the entire purchase completed on my lunch break. Talk about great customer service.
