He was able to answer all of our questions and paired up my iPhone and On Star for me. The only area for improvement would be to expedite the actual financial transaction. We were a cash payment so did not need to go through all of the financing paperwork yet we waited for an hour to hand them a check. Once we were called back to the office though the gentleman was organized and speedy. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Other than that I would definitely recommend this dealership and John Marcus. More

However, what was most important to me, was that he was very considerate on the time that I DID NOT want to spend sitting in a dealership. When it was time to get my vehicle, he had all the documents and vehicle ready to go, so that I was able to get the entire purchase completed on my lunch break. Talk about great customer service.
