I brought my GMC envoy in for recommended service by Tori Delgado with the dollar price. Kayla not Nicholas checked the vehicle in. I showed her the e-mail I received from Tori Delgado with the prices and a Delgado with the dollar price. Kayla not Nicholas checked the vehicle in. I showed her the e-mail I received from Tori Delgado with the prices and asked her if these are the prices that would be charged? she said yes they are. After reviewing the charges when I got home I found and feel I was overcharged $36.64. The charge for the control arm repair was $24.87 less then shown on Tori's e-mail However, the charge for the shock absorber repair was $61.51 more then shown on Tori's e-mail. Having been a Bill Kay customer for years, I find this disappointing, I never had this problem when Brian Wilson was on the desk. More

Even though, the car I purchased had a thorough inspection done. Come to find that my AC didn’t work. So, I enjoyed paying for that out of my pocket!
