Always have a good experience when I come to Bill Kay dealership. I bought my truck here, and I only use them for service and maintenance. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Getting my oil changed and having my car checked over was a breeze! I called for an appointment, was there a few minutes early. Brian helped me right away. I told him what I needed done. After dealing with an unreliable problem (unable to recreate at service) the service manager brought in other techs to investigate and properly bring resolution to our problem. Brian Jucha was very responsive to my needs. He proactively followed up by promptly returning my phone calls and answering my e-mails. My son, Eric, age 44, the principal driver of my 2019 Regal TourX Essence station wagon, was having an ongoing problem with the vehicle, which I had purchased new in October 2020. Brian Jucha took the time to brainstorm with me, after both the Bill Kay technician and subsequently the GM technician could not pinpoint any problem. I now have a future plan of action in place, and if Eric encounters the problem again, I will certainly have my son call Brian Jucha, for further help.
