I didn’t take my truck in.... feeling like avoiding service confrontation. Had an appointment for an oil change.I was informed that I had 3 oil leakes in various places. Total amount including oil change would be around $600, and almost 3 more hours for the work. I did not have the time and asked if the descriptions of the work and price were included in my paperwork to show to my son and was told "yes". Later on the phone with my son, I wanted to read the info, and nothing of the sort was included. Need I say I was disappointed! Friendly staff, prompt service, uncomfortable seating, clean environment. First such experience of this type. More

I want to recommend the service department if my life depended on it. Dropped off my truck for service show me a car battery that I didn't need problems still there I had to call constantly to get update depended on it.
