Nothing much good about this experience, they lied to me about the delivery date and kept changing the delivery date four times and I was told that I would be charged $110 for the car to get detailed and th about the delivery date and kept changing the delivery date four times and I was told that I would be charged $110 for the car to get detailed and then when I dropped it off for repairs they changed the price to $130, I told them I agreed on $110. They said okay. After four delays of delivery I talked to the general manage, Justin, he said that he would get back with me later and would work a little better price for my trouble. When I picked it up, I was being charged $30 more plus $160 other detailed cleaning. I finally got the adjustment for the detailing but was still overcharged by $30, that's some serious rewarding for being lied to by both the general manager and the head of the body shop. They are all cheats and liers. The general manager never got back to me about anything. In all it was a bad experience. More

We had a great experience with Bill Kay GMC. our salesman Mike Lugowski was open with us and didn’t pressure us to buy a car. We were able to take an Acadia home for 24 hours and an Enclave for 24 hours. Thi Mike Lugowski was open with us and didn’t pressure us to buy a car. We were able to take an Acadia home for 24 hours and an Enclave for 24 hours. This allowed us to determine that we really liked the Acadia. The finance manager gave us a great deal. We love our Acadia. We ultimately picked a different dealer because Bill Kay didn’t have the color that we wanted. But Bill Kay respected us for this and said that we are welcome to bring the Acadia for service with them. So when we needed service last week, we were welcomed with open arms. I highly encourage new car buyers to visit Bill Kay and ask for Mike in particular. More
