Hi Mr. Nasir, sorry to hear of the troubles you are having with your tires. We can understand your frustration having just bought a new vehicle and being unable to drive it. Having said that, you did purchase a "Road Hazard" tire and wheel policy which has provided you with the benefit of not having to pay for any of these issues and we have handled them according to the policy. We have not heard of any issues with tires blowing out or getting hit by nails more than normal with any of our new vehicles, so it seems unfair to lay the entire blame on all GMC vehicles. Our best guess it that you had to have been terribly unlucky and had to have hit something or picked up a nail for your tire to lose air. Nonetheless, customer service remains our #1 priority and we will do our best in the future to assist you with further tire issues if you have them. Again, we apologize for your experience and hope that the tire issues are in your past.
