I was told to come in for a recall. I booked this 2 weeks in advance. I took the day off work. When I got there I was asked was I only here for the recall. I replied yes. I was told go I booked this 2 weeks in advance. I took the day off work. When I got there I was asked was I only here for the recall. I replied yes. I was told go wait in waiting room. I did. 25 mins later I was told I need the recall but the part was not there and to go home??? I was so upset, I want compensation for taking the day off work for nothing.
