Salesman was great but then the financial aspect was sketchy. He stated “this is part of the deal” which leads people to believe it just comes with the car but NO! It was an add on warranty for OVER $6, sketchy. He stated “this is part of the deal” which leads people to believe it just comes with the car but NO! It was an add on warranty for OVER $6,000. Secondly the GAP was “included as a PNC bank thing”. NOPE it was $1,200. Management is involved but I’m still having trouble getting the paperwork sent over to cancel the warranty and GAP. More

The absolute worst experience with a dealership in my life. Finance man was rude, very aggressive and threatening. Tried to pressure me into signing final paperwork with inflated numbers and other err life. Finance man was rude, very aggressive and threatening. They got me in there on a fast turnaround and communications while getting service was great. I was also able to work with my laptop at the computer desk. Really enjoyed the experience.
