My 3 kids were with me and the popcorn, instructions how to work the insides of the car, and Jamie kept them well entertained while I had to fill in paperwork and wait til my husband arrived. Tom went over every detail, and followed up with my insurance company-- I don't think there was one thing him, Jamie and Jessie DIDNT think of!
