Honestly, I went to Bill Kay to just look at a new Tahoe 2017 but his knowledge about vehicle features is stellar and helped me decide to purchase the Tahoe I was looking for. He exhibits a genuine character that is not typical of car sales persons. Jose is the best sales person I ever met. He was very helpful in our needs and he met our expectation. We leased two cars, a Cruz and Trax about 2 1/2 years ago and thought we were going to wait until next June to turn them in. Instead, we got a follow up call from Bill and the dealership about releasing now. We went in and chose to turn in one car to get a larger vehicle, Equinox for a new 3- year period. It was perfect! Bill checked the other car, a Cruz and we decided to wait until June to decide what to lease. It was a good experience because he was upfront about the cost and whether it was worth releasing early. We appreciated! Eric Pieroni also got us out the door quickly after we decided we wanted to lease. More
