Who knew buying a car could be so FUN and EASY From the minute my husband, father and I walked onto the Bill Kay lot and were greeted by Paul, the fun began! Paul let us test drive the Chevy Bolt - From the minute my husband, father and I walked onto the Bill Kay lot and were greeted by Paul, the fun began! Paul let us test drive the Chevy Bolt - wow!! What a cool experience, even though we were there for the Chevy Malibu Hybrid! The test drive in the Chevy Malibu felt like a perfect fit. Paul was very fair on price and there was no pressure to buy the vehicle that day! When it was time to buy the car, the whole team was kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the questions by husband and I had! We left the dealership feeling thinking "was it really that easy?!?" My dad bought a Chevy Malibu from Bill Kay and Paul in 2009 and now I bought one too, also from Paul. This is seriously the ONLY dealership I would recommend!! More

I stopped by the dealership just to look and when he approached me he was nice and understanding that I was just looking. He didn't sweat me or make me feel pressured into purchasing a car. I ended up leaving with a beautiful SUV thanks to this knowledge and patience with me. Even after I went home with the SUV, any questions I still had he went over and beyond to get them answered. No Pressure, In&Out Deal When I finally decided to shop for a new vehicle I found my insurance provider had a special web site called USAA Car Buying Service. Unfortunately m When I finally decided to shop for a new vehicle I found my insurance provider had a special web site called USAA Car Buying Service. Unfortunately my learning curve on the web site led me to spec out a vehicle which turned out to be way more than I really needed (Prime vs LT). Within two minutes of leaving the web site my phone rang and one of the other dealers had made first contact. BillKay was on the line when I hung up from the first dealer. All three dealers in my vicinity responded within 15 minutes with emails offering deals. I visited Dealer 1 and about two hours later I had completed a test drive and explained that I would have to visit the other dealers on my list and would they give me their best priced for a cash/w trad-in deal on an LT that was on their site. I then met their Sales Manager who also wanted my business. But upon leaving I did not have any firm figure for any particular auto. My next stop was BillKay in Lisle, IL. I met the salesman that had contacted me by phone on the first day of my search and after a few questions and answers he was able to clear up a couple misunderstandings I had from Dealer 1 and prepared a Best Price Offer for an LT that met my current needs. I left the dealership without any further interface with dealer personnel. On my way home, I stopped again at Dealer 1 and with the BillKay bid in my pocket asked again for their best price on a comparable LT. About an hour later they mustered a price for one of their cars which was for an LT with a slightly different package. (Two other vehicles in their inventory were non starters because of body color.) That evening I reviewed the two offers and compared them with specs/prices I had received from Dealer 3. Some personal interpretation of their offer and comparison with the two actual offers received lead me to decide not the actually visit Dealer 3. The bottom line then was that BillKay offered me a car at a competitive price without the Salesman to Sale Manager and back and forth routine. Did I leave some cash on the table that I might have saved? Answer is that low pressure and low stress was worth it to me. Upon closing the purchase deal I did meet one other BillKay employee who efficiently processed all the paperwork. The salesman then spent upwards of an hour introducing me to this (for me) high tech vehicle. After four days of a steep learning curve the car only blows the horn and flashes all of its lights just once, today. More
