Poor service Great sales person poor finance department and no communication after the sale. I was asked to buy gap insurance which I agree is great but when I add Great sales person poor finance department and no communication after the sale. I was asked to buy gap insurance which I agree is great but when I added the car to my insurance they said I already had it. I attempted to contact the finance department by phone with no luck. I then emailed my sales person who emailed back and said someone would call me. I finally made the long drive back and was not happy when my original finance guy said it's easy to cancel and could have been done over the phone. I was the even more annoyed to here there would be no refund but a credit instead which I would have to wait for because the loan hadn't been processed yet. If the loan hadn't been finalized I should have been able to re do it without the gap insurance to which I believe finance must get a bonus for selling so no refunds. After talking to a sales manager I accepted that I was screwed and would wait for the credit.to show on my bill. I have made 2 payments and no credit and even though 3 people, my sales person, my finance person & the sales manager all knew how mad I was no follow up. The only correspondence from Bill Kay is repeated requests for survey completions which I didn't want to do with negative emotions. Thanks I hope Dave Rippinger More
They are very deceptive and misleading!!!! I went to buy a car for my son. They showed us a car and it broke down on the test drive. They fixed it and raised the price $500. They had a different car and when we saw it had an oil leak. They said they would fix it. The mechanic there said it needed a part but they sent it elsewhere and they said it was fine and they just cleaned up the oil. After a test drive we could see it was leaking. They said they did an used car inspection but they would not tell me what they inspected. They gave me an inspection report which was 4 lines. One line said they changed the oil and a second line said they changed the oil filter. They avoided direct simple questions so avoid telling the truth. I had the money to pay cash for the car but we had to request our deposit back because they would not fix what they said they would. I would not buy a used car from them! I can't trust them! More

He was there for us from start to finish, he was very accommodating and helpful the whole time. Dean was a pleasure to deal with while our paperwork was being processed. Eric was also a pleasure to deal with and was very efficient processing our paperwork. Lets not forget Rick, he did what he said he would and he was easy to talk to and deal with. Another car guy with amazing stories. Great experience ! More
