I searched every Chevrolet Dealer from Glendale Heights, to Glen Ellyn, to St Charles, to Naperville, and finally Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle. I was fortunate to be introduced to a seasoned Professional Sales Representative (Bill Baresch). Bill''s knowledge and experience made our negotiations an absolutely pleasant experience. I went in knowing what I wanted out of the deal, and Bill worked for days to make sure we reached the goals. Bill also saw to it that the additional Oprions and Add-ons I requested were performed within a requested timeline, and kept me apprised of the progress until those goals were met. The day I took delivery of my new vehicle, Bill took the time to go over the entire set up of the Onstar, linking my Phones through Blutooth, as well as demonstrated the vehicles controls. I also had some dealer installed options added Mark Bowling the service manager also kept me informed of the order and repair status and explained each repair that was corrected and the actions they took. from my 1st car in 1976 to this last purchase I have never worked with and better dealership. I wish other customer service organizations would model their teams after the level of service and professionalism Bill Kay provides. More
