Purchase of 2012 Chevy Silverado Truck My experience with Bill Kay was very good. I hate the back and forth wheeling and dealing. I told David Garza, my salesman what I could afford for payments, what vehicle I was trading in and how much I could use for a downpayment, then put the ball in his court. When he came back to me, my financing had been approved and my payments were less than what I had told them I could afford. Once the paperwork was ready to sign, I worked with Eric Pieroni. He walked me through all of the paperwork and offered me the extended warranty program. Now my used vehicle has a bumper to bumper warranty until 144,000 miles. Overall, it was a very easy, and fairly quick experience. I would definitely recommend using Bill Kay Chevrolet More

It was nice being helped through the process, explained what options were available, shown how they look on the car, what they cost, etc. I was shown around the dealership to the various departments so that I would be familiar with them. Sales, Management and Finance were very patient with me through this process and very explanatory as to how things work and what to expect. They gave me a good value on my trade and a good, straight forward deal on the new car. When I'm ready to trade my new car in, I will return to place the order for whatever the new one will be. More
