We were in to get the oil changed in our Cruze and talked to Bill Baresch about trading in our Tahoe and buying a Traverse. He immediately went and pulled one around for us to look at even thought it was covered in snow. We loved it and he kept it in the back for us to come back the following weekend to buy.
