Could Not Make a Deal Although I had an appointment with Bill (who was a very nice guy), he spent most of his time servicing 2 or 3 other customers. His initial offer was very low for my trade-in and was asking full sticker price for his vehicle. There were two possible major issues that needed repair on his vehicle and that further distanced our negotiations. Finally he sent in his strong-arm closer (Frankie?) and we just could not come to a reasonable deal. My KBB and Edmunds prices were no where near the numbers he was talking about. As I left the dealership Bill wasn't even around to say good-bye. I was prepared to do a deal that day with cash and title in hand! More

Everyt I drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle from Bill Kay. Was very excited because I was searching for 3 months trying to find a SUV with the low miles. Everything went well until after I left. I bought the vehicle on 2/19/15 and traded in my other car for it. After a few weeks I called to see where the title was. My sales rep Bobby Nichols answered my first few calls and said he would find out for me. When I called the finance papers were wrong and they had to resend to me and I had to sign them again. I sent them back and waited another week. Still no title to register the vehicle I just bought. So I tried calling my sales rep again and left messages with no returns. So I started to call the dealership over and over. I was always put into voice mails. Still wouldn't get any calls back Finally the day my temp tag expired I called and was able to get in touch with Chris Bauman. Chris told me he couldn't get to my deal to let me know exactly what was going on. So he said he would call me first thing that Monday at 9:15 and let me know. Never got a call back. Monday I called and Bobby answered his phone. I told him Chris was supposed to call and didn't. I told him I didn't have title and couldn't register my vehicle and my temp tag was expired. He said I should get it soon and I asked him if I could get a new temp tag so I can drive my vehicle to work and pick up my kids from school. Bobby said he would try and find out and call me back. After a hour with no call back I tried to call him again but got voice mail. Left voice mail but never got a return call. So I called the dealership and asked for Chris. Got his voice mail also and left a message. Still no return call. So Tuesday I called and more less had to demand to talk to someone that knew where my title was. They connected me to Sharon and she said she would see what was going on. I also asked her to check on getting a temp tag to me so I can drive. She said they can't because the dealership will get fined. She called back and said she had the title and was mailing it and it would be 2 more days. I emailed Jason Kolodzinski to try and get a temp so I can drive. I told him what had been going on for the past 3 weeks. I never heard from him as well. So Wednesday I got a call from my lean holder on the vehicle that I traded in. Now remember it had been over a month since I traded the car in. The lean holder said I was late on my payment. They didn't even send the payoff of the car I traded in. At this point I was furious. I had to use the live chat on the website to get in contact with a live person. I was put in contact with Lee Whitted. Lee was able to get the payoff and he was the only one that would answer my calls and worked promptly to try and get this mess taken care of. I finally received the title today 3/27/15. I went to get my plated and register the vehicle i purchased. Since the title was dated for the date of the sale I had to pay a fine for registering late. Not even anything i could have done!!! With all this being said. I know I may be only 1 of a few customers with a bad experience. But I feel everyone should have the right to know that they were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care about a customer that was stranded. I couldn't drive the vehicle without having plates and I had the other lean holder calling me for money. Not only will I leave a negative comment here but I will also email General Motors and complain about the practices of this Chevrolet dealership that Bill Kay represents. More

He found a 2102 Equinox on line that he was interested in so I called Bill Kay the owner and he put me in touch with sales person Bill Baresch. He couldn't have been more helpful. He walked my son through every step of the process and spent as much time as he needed to answer all his questions. I talked to Mark Bowling in service who I deal with for all my service needs at Bill Kay and he assured me the Equinox was an excellent vehicle with a great track record. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Bill Kay and have had nothing but a good experience there. Now my son has purchased his first car there and he assures me that he will also be a "return customer" at Bill Kay for his future vehicle puchases. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Everyone very friendly and a relaxed environment! Huge selection of cars, with inventory available online to research before going in to the dealership! Plus, an easy credit application to complete beforehand!! Jennifer Senders was so easy to talk to and made our shopping experience one to remember! She explained every feature on our car and never made us feel pressured! My husband is still jealous of their connection to the Chicago Blackhawks!! John Mikiuk and Lee Whitted made financing and paperwork so painless, and we all know how nerve-wrecking that part can be!! I love my new Chevrolet Cruze!!!
