I am a returning customer of Bill Kay Chevy and on Feb 24th, I traded in our family vehicle and leased another family vehicle. This was my 2nd vehicle through BK and was planning another vehicle in the next 6 months. Did not receive any info about my new loan, which I thought was a little weird. On March 26th, I was contacted and notified that there was an issue with the paperwork from the Feb 24th lease and a portion needed to redone. On March 28th I came in and assisted the finance manager with the paperwork mishap. When I was was there, I was told that I could make my car payment, which I did. On March 30th, I received notification that my trade in loan was not paid off, was 16 days past due, a late charge was added and was 14 days away from it impacting my credit score. On Monday, Tuesday and today (Wednesday), I called and left a number of voicemail messages for both of the finance managers, as well as a couple for the director of finance, looking for info. I even reached out via DealerRater, but did not receive any contact back. All I need to know is: Has the payment been sent out? If so, when, for how much was send and where was it sent? If not, why hasn't it been paid and when will it be sent? Now I am sitting at 36 days have I leased my new vehicle, 11 days before my credit will be impacted and am becoming very concerned. Bill Kay is on the verge of losing a return customer for their mistakes. Joseph Brauer
