Poor closing Great experience working with Jonathon on trade. Once the deal was finalized and we went to the main dealership to do paperwork, my wife and I had to Great experience working with Jonathon on trade. Once the deal was finalized and we went to the main dealership to do paperwork, my wife and I had to sit and wait in the customer waiting room for one hour and 45 minutes, before we could complete the transaction. We had driven for 6 1/2 hours to make this trade and we had to sit and wait that long. After and hour and a half, I texted our salesman and said we were ready to cancel the deal and leave. Reasons given to us for long wait was they had closed several deals at same time and only had one person who could do paperwork. Poor planning. Sorry I can not recommend this dealership even though we do like the car. More
