Joanna coaxed me off the internet and into the showroom where I met Eric. Nice, young man. Friendly and with a good sense of humor. Shawn gave me the ins/outs of how the car features such as OnStar worked and told me to call him if I had any issue. I called the very next day after buying the car asking about getting nitrogen vs. air in my tires. Shawn arranged it so I could stop on my way home from work that same day and get it done. The Sales Manager, Chris, was friendly and helpful and gracious to my young son who loves Corvettes (and every other nice car). No one at the dealership made me feel pressured and from start to finish, it was an enjoyable purchase. It's great that you can still find quality and worth talking about customer service!
