He walked my son through every step of the process and spent as much time as he needed to answer all his questions. Quick in and out I didn't have a lot of time to go car shopping in person, or go to multiple dealerships. So, I started to look for ideal cars on-line. I sent an e-mail ahead to Bill Kay, to show my intentions. I got a quick response from Jennifer. I informed her about which car I wanted to see, set up an appointment, and told her that I that I had to be in and out quickly. I needed to get my personal stuff from my old car at Gerber, have a deal for the new car, and return my rental car all before the end of the day. When I pulled up, she was waiting for me at her desk as promised. The car I saw on-line was pulled up front, ready for the test drive as promised. She helped me find better financing than what I had been pre-approved for through the bank, bonus! As for the rental car, Jennifer made sure that it got back to the rental place for me. I didn't have to worry about trying to get the rental back while having my new car. I was very pleased with my experience, and I would recommend Bill Kay to my friends and family. Ask for Jennifer! Again we were treated to a great buying experience. We purchased a used truck from him and could not be happier with both the buying experience and our new vehicle. He has been very helpful answering questions about the new technology I didn't have on my old truck. We will be back when it's time to replace the first vehicle we bought from Bill.
