Very Courteous Treatment on Recall Service Had to take in our 3-month old Impala for a recall on parking brake computer. First visit to service department. We were greeted by HARRIS, who explained the process, quickly took our car data, and escorted us to the waiting room. We also discussed the oil change schedule with HARRIS, as we drive less than 4,000 miles a year. He professionally explained the Bill Kay recommended timing, and left us feeling confident we'll receive excellent future service. Upon leaving, we went to open the trunk (to retrieve our coats) with our FOB, and nothing happened. HARRIS quickly came out and immediately recognized that because the keys were in the ignition, this was a safety feature of the Impala. He VERY graciously explained the situation to us, with good humor to insure we wouldn't feel embarrassed, and thanked us for using their service department.
