I was not disappointed, there were Malibus everywhere. Bill Baresch came out to greet us and showed me several Malibus but I had already decided what I wanted and it was easy doing business. Bill was extremely helpful, friendly, informative and ready to do business or not. It happened that everything fell into place and I was and am thrilled with my car. Very Good Experience I have always favored Ford and Chrysler products. However, when my wife and I were looking at a vehicle at Chrysler and was not sure about it, the sa I have always favored Ford and Chrysler products. However, when my wife and I were looking at a vehicle at Chrysler and was not sure about it, the sales person told me to go to the GM dealer down the block and test drive the equivalent vehicle. She said I guarantee you will be back. I was shocked to see all the features this vehicle came with. I basically fell in love with it right away. Working with the salesman was a pleasure. Very Courteous Treatment on Recall Service Had to take in our 3-month old Impala for a recall on parking brake computer. First visit to service department. We were greeted by HARRIS, who expl Had to take in our 3-month old Impala for a recall on parking brake computer. First visit to service department. We were greeted by HARRIS, who explained the process, quickly took our car data, and escorted us to the waiting room. We also discussed the oil change schedule with HARRIS, as we drive less than 4,000 miles a year. He professionally explained the Bill Kay recommended timing, and left us feeling confident we'll receive excellent future service. Upon leaving, we went to open the trunk (to retrieve our coats) with our FOB, and nothing happened. HARRIS quickly came out and immediately recognized that because the keys were in the ignition, this was a safety feature of the Impala. He VERY graciously explained the situation to us, with good humor to insure we wouldn't feel embarrassed, and thanked us for using their service department. The staff at Bill Kay far exceeded my expectations! My particular financial needs might not have been the easiest, making a purchase even more stressful but Bill Baresch and John in financing worked diligently on my financing and it was by far the most enjoyable, yes enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. That says a great deal since I have purchased over a dozen vehicles. I was treated with great respect and outstanding customer service. As I bonus I walked away feeling good about my purchase and knowing I got a great deal and a dealership that will support my needs.
