Jordan went the extra mile to make sure that the vehicle selected matched our expectations. Anytime I get more than I expect, it makes me feel good. I've have already shared my experience with this dealership with my friends. I love the fact that my salesman has called me after the sale to make sure that I'm happy. I like the fact that Jordan was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle even though he's been around only for a few months. Free oil changes and free car washes are a plus. I came back to the dealership on Monday to have my front plate mounted and found the same high level of service in the service department. The final product the Chevy Camaro is everything the salesman told me it would be. I'm very happy and can't imagine that I'd go anywhere else in the future. Wow... What a place! More

Previously, many years ago, I had a lease (Must have been beyond the 10 years that the credit reports reflect), and the sales agent then was awful and is why I have never ventured into a dealership on my own until this last time. You are caring, compassionate and maintained SO very well under the tremendous amount of pressure throughout the day, never once making my son or myself feel like a hindrance and never forgetting to check on us to make sure we were “good”. I SO appreciate your service and while I may not have initially purchased exactly what I wanted, I do LOVE my Malibu! (My lease from years ago was also a Malibu (’03). So you had me pegged pretty well. It is beautiful yet simple and my son agrees that it suits me just swimmingly. You are an absolute treasure to that dealership and your Kudos to your dad for getting you started in the right direction in taking care of the customer and to you, for maintaining the morals and values you have. Bill Kay certainly is not the closest dealership to my house as I live in Joliet, but I continue to come back as there is a noticeable difference between the customer service in your sales department versus other Chevrolet dealers in the area. The sales staff were friendly, flexible and care about your entire experience including how you feel once you walk out the door. They really have made my car buying experience a positive one and I know I'll be returning there to purchase my next vehicle in the future. ( he didn't look like he epwas interested in helping us) I have never met, and I mean never met a more perfect salesperson than Jen. So much so that we came back within 8 months to purchase another car. She is honest, doesn't pull the "dealership" stuff some dealers do. I had worked with a couple of other dealers in the Chicagoland area. It felt like I was working with Used Car dealers--those old stories and joke come from a grain of truth.
