Bill Kay Chevrolet was my first stop for a car purchase and ending up being my only stop--I didn't have to look further. I was warmly greeted with a handshake when Jose greeted me at the door. I asked to see a few of the cars' features and he gave me a tour of the vehicles. I told him this was my first stop and I wanted to get a few brochures. He got the brochures and gave me his business car and told me to call him if I had any questions. There were no high pressure tactics to buy a vehicle. I called a couple of days later for a test drive and Jose had the vehicles ready for me when I came in. The color of car I wanted was in stock. There was no haggling over the price of the car. Mark stopped by to talk to me about the best financing available. While my paperwork was being processed Shawn came by to give me a tour of the service department. I was surprised how clean it was. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional. Before I drove off, Jose explained all the operating features inside the car and thanked me again several times for purchasing the car. Jordan went the extra mile to make sure that the vehicle selected matched our expectations. Anytime I get more than I expect, it makes me feel good. I've have already shared my experience with this dealership with my friends. I love the fact that my salesman has called me after the sale to make sure that I'm happy. I like the fact that Jordan was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle even though he's been around only for a few months. Free oil changes and free car washes are a plus. I came back to the dealership on Monday to have my front plate mounted and found the same high level of service in the service department. The final product the Chevy Camaro is everything the salesman told me it would be. I'm very happy and can't imagine that I'd go anywhere else in the future. Wow... What a place! More

You are caring, compassionate and maintained SO very well under the tremendous amount of pressure throughout the day, never once making my son or myself feel like a hindrance and never forgetting to check on us to make sure we were “good”. I SO appreciate your service and while I may not have initially purchased exactly what I wanted, I do LOVE my Malibu! (My lease from years ago was also a Malibu (’03). So you had me pegged pretty well. It is beautiful yet simple and my son agrees that it suits me just swimmingly. Bill Kay certainly is not the closest dealership to my house as I live in Joliet, but I continue to come back as there is a noticeable difference between the customer service in your sales department versus other Chevrolet dealers in the area. The sales staff were friendly, flexible and care about your entire experience including how you feel once you walk out the door. They really have made my car buying experience a positive one and I know I'll be returning there to purchase my next vehicle in the future. I had worked with a couple of other dealers in the Chicagoland area. It felt like I was working with Used Car dealers--those old stories and joke come from a grain of truth.
