Jennifer had been trying to get me to come to the dealership since March and I was very reluctant! But last Saturday she showed me that Bil Kay stands behind EVERY WORD they say! She told me I was approved. I made it to the dealership at 7pm and at 9pm I was on my way home driving my new car!! That was THE BEST car buying experience I HAVE EVER HAD! Paul afforded us time to really look at the cars, test drive them, discuss how we use the car daily. He even parked them side by side so I could make a really secure visual comparison deciding which car seats would fit and where as well as the stroller and all of the boys' baseball gear. My boyfriend walked into Bill Kay to receive a second quo Friday I was planning on leasing a new Chevy Volt from a dealership where my friend worked. My boyfriend walked into Bill Kay to receive a second quote for pricing just to see if we were getting the best deal possible. It turns out my friend at a different dealership did not keep his word and did not have the car ready on Friday as discussed. Highly irritated, we went to Bill Kay where I was introduced to an incredible team who was willing to do whatever they could to make this deal happen the same day for me. Eric was super friendly and high energy. He quickly resolved any questions/concerns I had and stayed late night in order for me to get this car on the same day. The rest of the team stepped in to help with the finance paperwork and preparing the car.
