I kept being told oh come on in your approved and when I got there I was told a completely different story. Jennifer had been trying to get me to come to the dealership since March and I was very reluctant! But last Saturday she showed me that Bil Kay stands behind EVERY WORD they say! She told me I was approved. I made it to the dealership at 7pm and at 9pm I was on my way home driving my new car!! That was THE BEST car buying experience I HAVE EVER HAD! We walked in expecting to buy a used traverse and left with a new suburban. We couldn't be happier. Paul afforded us time to really look at the cars, test drive them, discuss how we use the car daily. He even parked them side by side so I could make a really secure visual comparison deciding which car seats would fit and where as well as the stroller and all of the boys' baseball gear. Thank you Paul for being so patient and kind. We have made a truly sound decision for our family. And we were allowed to make the decision so carefully that I know there will be no regrets! More
