The service center could probably sell more cars than sales! I had sooooo Many issues with the sales department. I understand it is my fault because after my car accident left me disabled, my credit became disab I had sooooo Many issues with the sales department. I understand it is my fault because after my car accident left me disabled, my credit became disabled as well! So I walk in to buy a car with poor credit and low income. John Miniuc eventually got me approved although for not what I was originally promised. The only positive thing that is left about this dealership is these service guys. I spent most of my horrific day at the dealership yesterday in the service department. They let me vent and have always maintained a high level of professionalism and showed compassion for all I was dealing with. Sad that they're connected with this dealership as I was made to feel as though I should be GRATEFUL I got anything at all from them and made to feel so low. If you dont have decent to great credit and/or a nice down payment, expect to be bullied and basically told to take it or leave it. 2013 Chevy Express Van 2500 I brought my brand new 2013 Chevy Express Van with 5000 mile on it for a oil change and the oil filter was loose and when I lost all my oil Jerry Mitr I brought my brand new 2013 Chevy Express Van with 5000 mile on it for a oil change and the oil filter was loose and when I lost all my oil Jerry Mitre was the worst person that I ever delt with He made it seem like it was my falt that his personal failed to make shure that oil change was rite on a 5000 mile auto I will never bring my new chevys for service as long as this person works for Bill Kay Chevy. Even after we purchased the truck we had a small issue with the lift gate falling down and their service team of Jerry Mitre and Mark Bowling worked with us to quickly fix the problem. We also like the fact that over the years they have raised lots of money for the Illinois Spina Bifida Association by raffling off a new Corvette! They seem to go out of their way to be decent people who are also decent members of the business community who are trying to do good things! Bravo Bill Kay Chevrolet! :) More
