Paul P was fantastic! The first time I went shopping for a new car I went to Bill Kay and had no idea what I wanted. However, Paul was super patient and understanding. My boyfriend and I are also a young looking couple and most sales people completely avoid us. Paul came right up to us. We left one Saturday afternoon as I had no idea what I wanted and what I actually wanted to spend. Months later I couldn't get Bill Kay or the 2014 Impala out of my brain. We went back on Memorial day and Paul P was there. He recognized us right away. I explained I still didn't have a car and the Impala was what I wanted. Paul helped us find the perfect car and the helped with the finances. We had an issue with the bank, but Paul P never lost faith. He helped us get the car next day. I will continue to buy cars from Bill Kay and continue to tell everyone I know to buy cars there. It's a great place! I really think Paul P was the reason I bought the car there. I live in Oak Park and traveled to Lisle to buy the car because Paul P was the best sales man I have ever worked with. With Jonathan's help I found exactly what I was looking for! The dealership's Corvette guru, Greg Cantu, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as well. Jonathan and Greg allowed me to take the vehicle home for the weekend, and I purchased it on Monday. I got a superb deal on a most excellent vehicle, and I could not be happier! The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. In just a few short days we forged a great relationship. The dealership is about an hour away from my home, but I will travel the distance to have my vehicle serviced at the Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle because of that relationship! More

What every dealership should be Let me begin by saying that this is not the first car I have purchased from Bill Kay, nor is it the first time Bill Baresch was my salesman. He worked with me to buy a car for my wife (2 - cars, not wives), my son, and my two daughters. I have recommended Bill Baresch and Bill Kay to my friends, and they have purchased cars from them as well. It has been more than 15 years since I began buying cars from Bill Kay, and I have not purchased a car from any other dealer in that time. I keep coming back again and again for the same reasons: (1) a first class sales experience; and (2) honest, fair, and reasonably priced service after the sale. My most recent purchase was a 2014 Corvette. This is the third Corvette I purchased from Bill Kay. I signed the deal in January. Bill Baresch immediately put in my order to GM. In fact, he sat me down and walked me through the process while he was doing it. The 2014 Corvette is a car that is very much in demand. The demand far exceeds the supply. Bill Baresch was honest and up front with me. He told me what he could do and what he couldn't do, and explained why he couldn't give me my usual deep deal. From January until my car was delivered in May, Bill Baresch kept in constant communication with me. He updated me on the progress of my order, and explained to me the process of having GM fill my order. As the months dragged on, I was wondering if I would ever get the car. Bill Baresch kept assuring me that he would deliver the car as promised. And he did. He fulfilled every promise he made to me. And he never made a promise that he didn't keep. When my flight instructor signed off for me to take my pilot's exam, he told me: "I would let my mother fly with you. That's my test to determine when my students are ready to be pilots." All I can say is that I would recommend Bill Kay and Bill Baresch to my mother. I can't think of any higher praise. More

The service center could probably sell more cars than sales! I had sooooo Many issues with the sales department. I understand it is my fault because after my car accident left me disabled, my credit became disab I had sooooo Many issues with the sales department. I understand it is my fault because after my car accident left me disabled, my credit became disabled as well! So I walk in to buy a car with poor credit and low income. John Miniuc eventually got me approved although for not what I was originally promised. The only positive thing that is left about this dealership is these service guys. I spent most of my horrific day at the dealership yesterday in the service department. They let me vent and have always maintained a high level of professionalism and showed compassion for all I was dealing with. Sad that they're connected with this dealership as I was made to feel as though I should be GRATEFUL I got anything at all from them and made to feel so low. If you dont have decent to great credit and/or a nice down payment, expect to be bullied and basically told to take it or leave it.
