2013 Chevy Express Van 2500 I brought my brand new 2013 Chevy Express Van with 5000 mile on it for a oil change and the oil filter was loose and when I lost all my oil Jerry Mitr I brought my brand new 2013 Chevy Express Van with 5000 mile on it for a oil change and the oil filter was loose and when I lost all my oil Jerry Mitre was the worst person that I ever delt with He made it seem like it was my falt that his personal failed to make shure that oil change was rite on a 5000 mile auto I will never bring my new chevys for service as long as this person works for Bill Kay Chevy. Great Sales Staff, Great Service! My wife and I purchased a Chevy Colorado pick-up truck a little over a month ago from Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle and were delighted by the hard work My wife and I purchased a Chevy Colorado pick-up truck a little over a month ago from Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle and were delighted by the hard work of Chris Baumann and Bill Baresch to make us happy! Even after we purchased the truck we had a small issue with the lift gate falling down and their service team of Jerry Mitre and Mark Bowling worked with us to quickly fix the problem. We also like the fact that over the years they have raised lots of money for the Illinois Spina Bifida Association by raffling off a new Corvette! They seem to go out of their way to be decent people who are also decent members of the business community who are trying to do good things! Bravo Bill Kay Chevrolet! :) More
