Steven showed us the car and answered all our questions. After some negotations, we agreed on a price that was agreeable to both parties. I purchased a used 2003 Impala and am very happy with it. The whole experience with Bill Kay was excellent. The people were great to work with and willing to do all they can to get people into cars. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and Steven to anyone looking for a car whether it is new or used. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More

A really good place to shop. After deciding on a car, I went to Bill Kay Chevrolet and was pleasantly surprised to find a 'no hassle' atmosphere, unlike other dealerships. Took a test drive, ordered a Malibu with the new Butte Red Metallic paint. Car was delivered about 6 weeks later; this being that the color was brand new and just coming out. This time I leased the car. No hassles at all. Great place to purchase - or lease - a car. A big thumbs up. More

After speaking with Karl and identifying the vehicle I wanted, I felt comfortable enough to go forward t I did not intend to purchase a car that day. It turned out to be the smoothest car buying experience I've had in my 31 years of car ownership. There was no pressure, no haggling, no disrespect, and no hype. This was the least stressful car purchase I've ever made. After Karl and I agreed on terms, the rest of the team provided prompt, courteous, and helpful service. I also have the comfort of knowing that Bill Kay provides quality service and stands behind their cars. This was a very positive experience. Thanks again Karl! More
Great Experience! I had seen a Kia Forte on the internet and called to speak to a female sales associate. I was referred to Jennifer. I gave her all of my financial i I had seen a Kia Forte on the internet and called to speak to a female sales associate. I was referred to Jennifer. I gave her all of my financial info and asked her if she could see if I qualified. She did all the legwork before I came in, which was really great. She told me what I needed to bring in to save time. I test drove two cars, and chose the Kia. It was a pretty quick and smooth transaction. However, there was over a 30 minute wait to do the actual paperwork, it was late and that was a little annoying. I loved the fact that everything was done for me, the insurance, plates, financing, etc. Jennifer was awesome and everyone was really great! I would definitely recommend Bill Kay. More
my Chevrolets - two show cars and a daily driver I have taken my Chevrolets to George Wronowski for the past 39 years. My show cars are 28 years old and 30 years old but I feel confident and safe in I have taken my Chevrolets to George Wronowski for the past 39 years. My show cars are 28 years old and 30 years old but I feel confident and safe in them because George has repaired or overseen the repairs and maintenance on them. George knows more about Corvettes than anyone on this planet. If he cannot fix it, tow it to the junkyard because it cannot be fixed! He has the knowhow to fix the older cars and the ability and desire to track down the necessary parts to fix the older Vettes. My daily driver was in the shop today. It is getting older, but with George and his mechanic's help, I plan on keeping it running for many more years. I had asked about putting on new shock absorbers but I was told that I really did not need them at this time. I find this honesty refreshing. Other shops may well have put them on even though they were not needed. My service writer today was Tim. He is new to the shop and was very pleasant to work with. I have owned nothing but Chevrolets my entire life. They are great cars and George keeps all of them running year after year. More
