On 2/17 at & 7:00 am @ Bill Kay , (Lisle) service entrance I was greeted by Mark Bowling with a smiling face an warm greeting. He processed all my paperwork , going over all that would be serviced asked for any questions or concerns I had said that I requested a loner car , info hadn't passed on to him but no matter ...for he Quickly said he didnt want me to wait any longer , made arrangements for the loner & processed all the paper work. At this point I was thrilled at how quickly Mark got me on my way for Im use to service centers taking 1/2 hr to 45 mins. Mark called when my car was done , it was the day we had the bad snow storm I arrived at 6:45 pm and once again I was greeted by Mark with his pleasant smiling face . That was great after driving an hour in the treacherous snow packed roads. I give Bill Kays Cheverlot Service dept. Mark Bowling , Bill , Quan Bodie my sales Rep. After too many turn downs, I finally found these guys that got me into a brand new car (after giving me more money on my trade in) and too situation.
